The 9 to 5 Riddle

The truth is...I never like working a 9-to-5, a hustle and bustle, a punch in and punch out. It's something about waking up at ungodly hours to go live in a ungodly place for up to 8 hours..(if you're lucky) while staring at a false light.
A four wall box with few windows and little sun.
A "freedom" prison filled with people you may or may not like.
But you have to work together and suppress your ideas of saying something radical or complaining! Are you feeling trapped? Depressed? Annoyed? Well have a stimulant! The Legal kind! It's hot, black and highly caffeinated. Just add some milk and/or sugar and you're good to go!

But Millennially speaking, maybe its the era we're in, but we've exposed the hypocrisy of working in a box. And said exposure has caused employers to hire PR firms to eradicate these thoughts. More suppression, less talk. Or More Caffeine, less thought. After all, there are millions of people without a job. So count your lucky stars....you can't do better than this! I suppose said words were written by a baby boomer...Or worst, a Manager, programmed to say everything a business owner is thinking. ha! What jerks! Eventually, more people will 'wake up' and realize the joke is on them. Until that day comes....have a 'free' coffee, on us!
